Polexchem Insole Polyurethane System family consists of products with different flexibility, hardness, and density values, tailored to meet the expectations of the footwear industry. The product range includes systems for winter, spring, summer, and sports applications. Additionally, our Low-Density Sports System is also included in our product portfolio.
The products within the system family are tested in accredited laboratories for flexibility, abrasion, slip resistance, and other properties. they are tested and developed. The 3-component Polexchem Insole Systems include Polyester Polyol, Pre-polymer, and Catalyst packages.
Low Density – High Flexibility, Smooth Cell Structure and Skin, Effective Walking and Filling in Large Molds, Fast Curing and Short Mold Release Time, High UV Light Resistance.
